New JVC KD-R900 Head Unit, Custom Sub Box & Amp Rack
FedEx just dropped off my package today and new head unit is here!
Gonna do a install and a review on the new unit.
I chose this unit mainly because I can color match to any interior color, Dual USB Inputs & Aux Input, and also 3 sets of 5V preamp Outputs.

We use this same deck installed in a H2 with an iPad2 direct connected.
Why don't you use the rear USB cable for the ipod and then leave the front one for the bluetooth?

I finally finished up my system in the trunk.
After a few weeks of waiting for my custom spec sub box to be made it finally arrived and I put everything together.
All the sub, amp, wiring, fuses were used from my previous system from the Evo 8.
I only spent $120 for the custom sub box + $3.74 for polyfill from walmart.
Had to get a 3/4" wooden spacer made to fit the massive Diamond Audio Magnets.
Here are some pics!
