Fair disclosure, I have a JL 500/1v2 in my S powering my sub...I prefer the sound of the Sundown amps in my truck, just haven't brought myself to upgrade the amps in the S...lol

I meant the woofers Their amps are just over priced for what they are IMO. you gotta switch to class AB amp for your bass bro

some how I have a feeling that I might get jumped by all the JL fans

I don't think I have room in the S for a 1kW Class AB amp

I have them on my car. I didnt purchase these but they came with the car when i bought it. They definately help out when you have the top down. I dont undstand why they didnt come standard till I think the 2006 models that had them built into the roll hoop. They definately have highs but if your looking for bass out of these get a subwoofer. I Also think the s pods would be a better choice but appeareance wise I personally don't like it covering the entire hole on the roll hoop. But i think the s2000 stock tweeters are like 300 something from the dealer. If thats the price you can upgrade your deck or door speakers which would be a better choice.

Have you ever been to a concert where speakers were setup behind the crowd?

If you think you can get audiophile sound out of an S2000 you are sadly mistaken.

Why do all sedans and most 2 seaters have rear speakers????? And yes, I have see speakers set up in the back many times. They are much quieter tho.

I have headrest speakers and I love them. Sounds MUCH better. I was jsut wondering how it would sound if they were reversed for the rear to balance out the stereo effect.
