Next Step, I Need An Amplifier
Yeah, you don't need that much power running to your amp. If it can handle more power, then that's even better, because you'll get crisper hits with lower power too.
Plus Honda's don't have very strong alternators. You'll see your lights dimming if you don't do it 100% correctly.

Although you are correct......
Just an FYI, The s2000 has the highest output alternator of any passenger vehicle. (not counting pickup trucks....etc)
German cars come with 95A alternators, while most japanese/american come with 80A. The s2000 is 110A!
Other than that, you are correct.

You are correct, but the battery will be drained on one good 300watt hit.
Remember, your car is running as well. So the battery is strained to sh!t when this situation occurs. It is really unhealthy for the car to "electrically" shut down, which is what happens when the battery dies and alternator is drained as well.
Also, two alternators, while a good idea, I dont think can be easily done in an s2000 for the lack of space. With some work, could be done, but absolutely no need. Like I said, no one can listen to a real 900 watts continuosly and still be able to hear anything.

Your battery should not be strainded at all when the car is running, the alternator should be providing all the current to run the car. The battery is basically acting as a filter for the alternator voltage. This is why you don't have all 110As available to you. The battery is only needed to start the car or provide more current than what the alternator can deliver.
