Does it beeps or blinks with corner lights while opening/closing doors? Does it has a feedback? What is the panic button for? Thanks.

 

mine wasnt even an alarm. it was just a honda automatic door opener and locker. when its locked u can still open the doors and nothing happens. i think this is how all of them came from the factory and the alarm option was extra.

 

You can set it up to blink the lights, or blink the lights and honk the horn when you lock/unlock the doors using the FOB. I don't remember if it has feedback or not. I will assume the panic button automatically makes the alarm go off. I've never used it personally and I don't remember that the alarm manual says.

The alarm was a dealer installed option. They give you two extra FOBs with it that don't work for **** unless you're close to the car

 

dont know if the honda alarm has changed. i have a manual for a ap1 vintage honda alarm system. yes, it is a dealer installed option.

oh.. no I don't think so. This option is controlled using the valet button and the key.. so unless you have a velet button (you won't without the alarm), you cannot do it.

 

You are wrong. According to manual "Beep" function is enabled/disabled by simultaneous pressing of the "lock" and the "option" button.
