I have a 2001 OEM stereo with the Lucid rear speaker mod. I've upgraded the fronts to the Sonys and they are pretty good. Lucid's rears made all the difference in the world! However, I keep thinking things would only be better with some tweeters...
I know NOTHING about car stereo, so don't laugh here.
1) Can I use separates for the fronts with the OEM unit?
2) Do I need new speakers or does someone make a 'kit' that I could add tweeters to the Sonys?
3) If someone does make such a kit, should I get it or just buy a new set of separates for the front?
4) Where would be the best place to mount tweeters without cutting my car to bits?
Any help and advice is appreciated. Also I REALLY REALLY do not want to ditch the stock head unit.

Ok..........
Thanks for the info Pinky... Now I have another idea. Honda makes add-on tweeters for the Civic and the Accord. Since the radios are all relatively the same, could these be added to our stock head units without using an amp.
If you go to www.handaaccessories.com into the Civic 1999-2000 section you can see what I'm talking about.
