I'm about to order a new Sony head unit and will also be ordering Lucid's dci. I checked on his site and did not see the head unit that I was going to order listed as compatible with his dci. I'm wondering if the list has been updated because many of the units listed on Lucid's site I can't even find for sale. I am looking at ordering the Sony CDX-L510X. It says on crutchfield that it is compatible with a hard wired remote and I am under the impression that's what I need in order to make Lucid's dci work. Any help would be appreciated.

 

The "rotory" remote compatability is what you need. The DCI works great with the Sony.
