I have the PAC-SWI3 installed and connected to My Alpine 7969. They also installed a Crimestopper relay. The problem is, I can't use my Audio Control button--how can I correct this. Any info would be appreciated

 

I'm assuming this was all installed at once, and the CrimeStopper has nothing to do with your audio setup. It sounds like you're one of the lucky ones (such as me) who has a wacky set of resistances for their dash controls. Take a look at my webpage as I describe a bit about this. The short and skinny of it is, you'll need to change the resistance you use between ground and signal.
