Here is what makes up the rest of my system:

Sony CDX-760ES headunit
Diamond Audio M5 6" separates w/ silk dome tweeters
PG 400.4 amp
Kicker CompVR 10" sub

It's actually pretty secured between the amp and fitted carpet piece in place. I've had the amp in this location for about a month now and even with my spirited driving, the spare doesn't move one bit.

I dont really like the grill, but at least it doesn't take up the entire trunk and kicker makes a good subwoofer.

I'm not and to crazy about it myself; however, that is the only grill that will fit that sub ... the surround is to large for a standard grill.
