Ahh..Love my deck, but the stupid beeps it makes when using my dash controls (modifry dci) are getting on my last nerve. I know some brands have a setting to turn it off. But ive read the book 1000 times from front to back, and pretty sure I've now played with every possible setting I can think of. They're really loud no matter what volume my decks at.

Any ideas?

 

Have you tried the initial setup menu? The menu where you change the clock and etc? I'm pretty sure the pioneer's have this option

 

i have the same unit and couldnt figure it out, it drove me crazy to the point where i disabled the automatic volume increase so i heard it less

 

yea, that was the first place I looked. its funny too, cause they're are diffrent settings that sound like it would solve the problem. but then nothing will happen when I switch them on or off.


wop- yea, its a good thing i didn't even bother setting up the scv.

 

I believed SCV beeps everytime the volume goes up/down. Mine is.
