Can members with any experience with this head unit help me?

I've had this pioneer headunit for quite a while now with an aux port being used for my MP3 player. About two days ago I had to jump my car (battery died) and it seems like my head unit reset. The audio modes (CD/AuX) which usually can be switched to by pushing the volume nob, didn't show up. Only "tuner" showed up. I put in a CD and CD appeared. I had no luck with AUX coming up, even tried unplugging the AUX wire from the back of the headunit and back in again. can anyone please help?

I have a DEH-9800MP, and with mine, and I found out with a friends today: In order to get to the menu to reset the clock, put in the AUX, etc. You hold down the scroll knob (mine has two.. so I used the left one) if it only has one, press and hold it and a Menu will come up with the first thing on the list being selecting English or maybe the clock. Whichever it is, that is the menu you want to be able to turn on the AUX input.
