Default Possible To Add Sensors To Stock Alarm?

As the title says, I was wondering if it was possible to hook up a shock or proximity sensor the the OEM security system.

The DEI 504M is a shock sensor that will tap into a stock alarm. I added one to my RSX. There are only 4 wires you need to attach. There is a very nice write up at ClubRSX, not like that would help you for an S2000 application.

This has been covered before but I think the search feature is not up to speed yet. Here's a quote (edited some) from a post I made a while back:

The simplist way I can think of would be to use the 'ground' ouput of the motion sensor (most sensors have this) to activate the 'door switch' input on the Security Control Unit.

Locate the blk/wht wire on the Security Control Unit (under the driver's seat). It's wire #2, which is between an empty wire hole and a blu/blk wire. It's the only blk/wht wire on the connector.

To verify this wire will work to trip the alarm, T-tap a wire to the blk/wht wire (don't cut it), arm the system, then 'ground' the wire. The alarm should trip, just as if you opened a door. Reset it.

You can then connect your sensor's 'ground output' wire to the blk/wht wire. To be safe, you might want to put a fuse in line with it, but my best guess is it would be OK without it.

Modifry, do you happen to know of any reputable places to purchase DEI sensors online? I found the aforementioned sensor on ebay but the seller looks a bit sketchy. Thanks in advance

Thanks chief, but what I was really asking for was a company that someone has already dealt with and is known to have a good reputation.
