Default Is it possible to have constant power to the cigarette lighter?

I have two dash cams in my car. The front one is hardwired to the dome lights and the other one is currently plugged into the lighter. Due to having a hard top, I don't necessarily want to hardwire the back dash cam (it seems like it'd be a hassle). So is it possible to keep on the power to the lighter (and dome lights if possible so I don't have to rewire the front)?

If it were me I would solder a small wire from the fuse box main 12v constant to the cig lighter socket fuse and replace it with the key on only power wire.

I have the same setup, dash cam in the front and rear. I bought a box that cuts the power to the cams when the battery gets too low, I wired both cams to the box and wired the box to the fuse box constant power under the dash. It's very easy to do and very clean, no messy wiring inside my car and my camreas continue to record when I park my car.
