Default Possible to power speakers with a single ch amp?

I bought a JL Audio 500 watt mono amp and dont want to put a subwoofer in my car anymore. What I wanted to know is if it is possible to use the same amp to power focal components in the front. Any CONS?

No if it is a mono amp that means it will have only a LP filter only..
Technically u can but it will sound terrible and destroy ur speakers..

there are two problems -
1) that amp is only designed for subwoofers - it's only made
to reproduce frequencies below 250 hz, whereas their full-range amps
go up to 30,000 hz
2) if you only have one channel of output, you'd need to hook up both
speakers to it, so you'd no longer have stereo output.
sell the amp and buy a different one, or see if someone wants to trade.
