I'm guessing yes.

From what I can tell on the Honda site, these keys have the immobilizer feature. I bet the keys would be pretty expensive. I personally like the S2000 keys.

Sure as long as the frequency is the same just follow the key fob reset (programming) instructions as found in the book

From reading on those links on the tsx and rsx sites. Our remotes don't have the right FCC code for the remote to work. Don't know for sure though I know my MY01 has a different code, but I don't even know if it will matter.
