Default Problem with my dash lights

Tonight, I noticed that my lights were not on, on some of my dash switches. Specifically, my CH button, Mode/Push, and my fan switch (the one that goes up and down/controls air)

Besides checking my fuses, what else should i look for?

Anyone else have these issues before? maybe the lights blew or something else?
Any suggestions?

pull the cluster, make sure the lights aren't blown, after that get a multimeter and make sure you have power going to the lights them self.
