Arrow Problems

Just finished my HU install and having a few problems. I installed an Alpine 9857 that is supposed to be CD-R and MP3 compatible. When I try to play them I will either get "ERROR" or the sound will skip and sound scratchy. When playing a store bought CD it sounds perfect and so does the radio. Any ideas? CDR brand? If so I use Memorex CDR's. What's the deal?!

Lower the burn speed on your PC to 2X, whatever you are using to burn, should ask you what speed you want to burn at.

I just installed mines like a week ago and burned a data CD full of MP3 in different folder and everything displays perfectly and plays perfectly also.

Also love the search function on this thing!

No problems here either. I burned one with iTunes, and one with Toast. NOTE: I burned mine off a Mac.
