Questions for those who install alarms...
when u install an aftermarket alarm do you remove the original "Keyless entry control module"? is this same module the one that acts as a reciever for the stock keyless entry?
I am trying to figure out if its possible to change the keyless entry module so that it will work with the accord remote, which is the same freq as the TL, TSX ACCORD
3rd Gen TL's....(2004 through 2006)
TSX..................(2004 through 2006)
Accord.............(2003 through 2006)
Can someone give me any kind of input on this?
I have to find out if any of the above control units are compatible with the s2000.
(if im even looking in the correct place, if not can someone point me to the right part i should be looking at)
Once again, trying to get an Accord's / TL's keyless remote/key set up to work in a s2000 (different freqs, so i know either the transmitter (remote) or reciever (control module? i think) would need to be changed.
Thanks in advance
this is the remote id like to use.

I don't think they are inter-changable... but I could be wrong...
Although I bet you could rewire them to work in the car, but you work need a complete pin-out for each so you could build a harness to go between the S2000 and whatever unit your using. I would take a look at the Accord first.
The dealer should have the electrical layout for both cars. Ask them if they can print them out for you. Then scan them in and post them here. We have a a fair share of electrical engineers here
