Radar Detectors

The V1 does false more often, likely due to the higher sensitivity, but the Junk signal detector/indicator off-sets the annoyance of false alarms.
If I could figure out a way to stop Infinity cars from setting off my laser, I'd be golden.
Arrows FTW. Good detectors pick up radar from a far distance. That means alerts can stay on as long as a minute, depending on speeds and directions of your car and the radar source. I'd much rather look forward for one mile of driving to identify the source, knowing that the Ka alert is in front of me, than looking all around forever trying to identify the Ka alert.
To starbai's point, the OP already has a good detector. If you want to replace to get a better radar, you're probably not going to notice much difference. But if you're replacing because you want matching lights, that's a whole new story.
Only way I could get the Infinity cars to stop annoying me was to turn laser off - fortunately laser is not used much, of any, in Arizona.
I also turned X off - did not mess with K since it is used just as much here as Ka.

Other than used - you can only buy them from valentine1.com
#3.
it's perfect on the visor to get a great front as well as rear view signal.
very simple to hard wire and keep it looking clean.
i have not had the chance to use the other options you have listed, but now that i have my V1, i will never have to.
good luck buddy!
