do they really work? If you can recomend some post them up. Im looking for something wireless since im really not down for having a huge wire going across my car.

Yes they do, but they do not save your ass for being stupid.

I am running the Escort 9500 - you can do a hardwire setup.

the wireless ones have lower range from what I have read.

Basically if you want protection it will come down to
Escort 9500 or 8500
Valentine 1
Those are the 2 most people use since they are rated as the best by all tests.

Yeah i know they wont save me from being stupid but it will be some kinda protection for those days that im going a little extra fast through the street.. I drive a lot so i wanted to give one a try.

how do you hardwire it?
