Default Rear Speakers

Someone tell me what are the best speakers to install in the back panels of the S2000? The 2 factory speakers just don't cut it.

Also what is a good cd player to replace the original? I want one you can still use the dash controls with.

Go with the Kenwood 3-way kit or one of the polks, both have been well received by many.

Higher end decks by Kenwood, Alpine and Clarion are excellent choices for replacement. Use of the SWIX retains your controls

Lucid.
I'm VERY interested in upgrading using your system for my '01. I'm thinking of adding the rears and changing out the doors per your site. I am about the furthest thing from mechanically inclined. Is this really something I should be tampering with? I've replaced speakers over the years but that's nothing. I can rewire a home stereo in my sleep pretty much but the car is not my domain.
Please help!

If you've been able to install things in the past you shouldn't have any problem installing new door speakers or rears.

see www.lucidauto.com - guide section. If you can follow the door speaker installation guide online (which is more involving than the rear installation) you shouldn't have any problems. Printed Rear instructions are included with every kit.
