Few of my friends are running the Imagines, Im running the Clarus now... but considering moving the Clarus to another car and replace it with Imagines for the S2000.

The reason why I am considering swapping out the Clarus for Imagine is because mounting the tweeter as coaxial is a much better location than the OEM AP2 tweeter location. And I do not want to custom fabricate some tweeter mount for the Clarus where it wouldnt look OEM. And the sound quality difference between the Clarus and Imagine is not that big without the proper tweeter location.

 

Ya that's exactly what I'm looking for is something that will directly replace and fir in the OEM locations as well. So the imagines tweeters would just fit in and replace the OEM tweeters and fit in OEM locations correct?

Yes the Imagines can be mounted as coaxial speakers or converted to mount as component.

however mounting as coaxial would sound better.

You will need to get a ebay speaker spacer to install any speakers unelss you want to cut up the stock OEM one...
