yea you'll need a second programmed key... if you call there install bay they'll know what your talking about ... it's made by DEI and it's a transponder bypass

Crimestopper Honda-SL2 can be used without leaving a key in the car. Much better than the 556U. I know it works with 02 S2000, double check if it work with the 06.

won't work with 06 that's why I suggested 556... dei is coming out with a 1000fx that will work with 05 and up , but won't be out till end of summer

just cut the key and take out the immobilizer chip and put it on the ignition...and glue the key back. dats how its installed on mine and it works perfectly

you might also want to think about making something like a cutoff switch incase you leave it gear. I am an installer and Circuit City and a bunch of my other installers have remstarts on their manual cars and then used hood pins and made a bracket that allowed the hood pins to touch the shifter so if it was in gear the car wouldnt start. Dont have any pics but Ill try and get some.
