Default Running Wires for sound system

Hey guys, I am planning on installing my sound system tomorrow, and one thing I am wondering about is how to run the wires throughout the car. I have established that I can remove a panel behind my seat and run the powers to the trunk that way, however I was wondering if there are any threads about the best way to run all the wires to the HU. I have searched for threads on dash removal and found some but nothing too direct. So I was wondering if any of you guys had any tips/help for me?

Thanks in advance!

So I went at it today and so far so good. I got the speakers in the doors wired and the HU replaced. My next question is how do you guys run the power cable from the battery to the amp? I am trying to find a way to wire it into the car.

Any help with photos would be appreciated.

Find a grommet that leads through the firewall. just go under the passenger footwell and look for wires going into the engine bay and feed the cable through there. or drivers side. I never ran wires through the firewall on the s2k. But on all my cars I worked on, I ran it through the passenger side.

I put my sub into a driver side DarkSideSibs enclosure. I threw my amp on the apposite side.

What did you bolt the amp to so it doesn't slide around?
