I've heard there's a company thsat specializes in replacing remotes for virtually anything. I haven't used them...yet, but I heard their phone # is 1-800-rem-otes. Again I can't say for sure they even exist, but if so it may help.

I added information to your title to try and help you get a answer.
I would go back to the store you bought it from and see if they can get you a new remote. As long as the unit is not to old they should be able to get it for you.
