I'm familar with the S-Pods, but what are the other options for getting a second set of speakers behind me?

You can do a set of lucid speaker panels behind the seats. I had them before and they made a modest difference.

Personaly, I am not a fan of having any speakers behind me. I feel that it ruins the sound stage for me. If hearing the music at speed is the only concern, I suggest spending the money on a nice set of componants for the front and a good amp. It will increase the volume and not mess with the imaging of the sound.

I have the Lucid's and I like them a lot. Helps fill in the sound with the top down.

I've had the Lucid and now the Spods. I think i'll be going back to the Lucid. It adds just enough without annoying me.

Can't a set of 3" or 4" speakers fit on the little pocket cover above the glove box?

I saw a thread awhile ago of putting in a pair of 3.5" in the rear. I just got a PM from j8mie that did the work. Here is what he sent me. You may want to PM him yourself.

From J8mie:
I have indeed fitted a pair of rear speakers into my head rests. Sorry it
