It sounds great. They make a huge difference. The imaging is great for any cat let alone a convertible.

It opens w/out a problem wires run down the sides between the inner and outer wall of the center housing.

Thanks. I considered the headrest and rollbar aption as well. After trying the speakers in those locations I found that the imaging was much better and more uniform in the center console.

Can smaller grilles fit on those? I don't doubt the sound but maybe something smaller in diameter and more flush fitting look a little less out of place.

Cool thought though!
