Hey guys, heres the story.

On my last S2k, I had a custom fake floor built with a JL W6V2 10" sub, Memphis 500D amp for the sub, JL 300/4 amp pushing the MB Quartz Premium door speakers. However, this took up quite a bit of trunk room as that sub is a beast. I'm starting with this S2k from scratch, any advice?

What are your goals for your system?

 

Just to sound good. I have had a bad@$$ system in every car I have owned, and I know that its not gonna sound near as good as the ones in the hatchbacks because of the s2k's body style, but I hope to get somewhat up there. I'm having a custom fiberglass mold made of the trunk hole and their building a box out of that, and recarpeting the whole trunk. gonna put a 12" in there w/a 4 channel true 800 watt amp to power the sub and mids + highs. well see how it turns out.

 

Hey guys, just an update on my system. Went with Diamond Audio sub, custom well fiberglass box and rocksford fosgate P800.4 amp. Sounds bad as $$$$$$$$HIT, so much better than the last s2k system I had. Pics to come soon
