Default Strange Window Behavior

Hey guys,
I'm running into very strange behavior with the passenger side window. It will not go down with either the passenger or driver side window switch. HOWEVER, it will go down if i open or close the top. I would've assumed it was the regulator since both switches stopped working at the same time, but how could the top still get the window to go down?

I recently had the interior taken apart to install the hard dog rollbar so it could be something that I forgot to unplug.

And before you ask, no it's not the child lock (though that's happened to me before too).

I'm guessing when door panel was removed, a plug was missed. So now its acting like that safety override switch on drivers armrest is always on.

Actually I was also setting up the speed volume control on modifry's DCI and I accidentally spliced into a blue and white wire instead of the black and white wire.
