Sub Decision...4 choices
O.K., here's the thing. I am putting in JL 612" XRs in the door. An Alpine MRVF 407 4 ch amp in the "secret compartment" (even if it blows me up!)and now I have to decide where I can get the best sub sound.
1) a JL audio 8W O formfitted in the left trunk corner.
2) a JL audio 6W fit with custom grill above the foot well on the passenger side.
3) wait for the possible crummy, overpriced, Honda version Kelton sub to fit under the passenger seat.
4) Bass Shakers (never seen 'em, but friend who writes for car audio mag says they are great an small. Dont know Where to put these.
What is a poor boy to do? I just can't decide. HELP.
BTW I could smack somebody at Honda for MAKING us have to completely change our systems to even hear music with the top down at 55+mph!!!

5.) Wait for the one referenced in this thread: http://www.s2000online.com/forums/showthre...p?threadid=7802
If JL buys the design that my ex is presenting to them, it was a custom designed enclosure made specifically for the S2000. Hang out for a bit and find out... he has an appointment with JL very soon to discuss this.

st,
See my webpage for my shaker install (no cutting/drilling required). For $30 (+S/H), you can throw the things away if they don't give you want you want and go with one of the other choices...or keep them in addition to another choice.
