Default Suggestions On Alternative 'cabin' Amp Mounting?

I have to install a small 2-channel amp and components this weekend and would like to avoid the trunk if at all possible for bigger and better things. Any suggestions on where I might want to install an amp (I'm assuming) behind the seats somewhere? Will I be ok to to that? Or is there space anywhere behind the seat panels?

There's some room to the left of the spare above the gas tank.

Depending on how tall (short) you are, you could mount behind the seats.

Or if the amp is very small, it could fit under the seats.

There's also a foam wedge under the carpet in the passenger footwell that could hold an amp, but you'd need some way to keep it cool.
