Is there a DIY headunit install guide for the AP2?

There should be one screw on each panel. Then just pull them off, they are held in with clips. Honestly even with them off there is not much room to maneuver in behind the dash. Little more room on the drivers side.

if you pull the panel off under passenge dash, and route your wires thru there, you can pull them as you slide the radio in,

Well after pulling the panel off I broke the two clips that hold it on. I then wasnt even able to put it back in so I removed the panel under the passenger dash (1 screw and a LOT of clips). Then I was able to get it back on. So if anyone plans on taking it off be sure to remove the panel first. The screw holds the panel on just fine w/o it moving around so unless I get a ton of rattles I wont worry about it. It looks the same with just the screw holding it in as well.

But having that panel off was enough to help pull the wires though. I was hooking up an aux wire to the headunit today and finished my wire hiding project. Now my ipod lives behind my seat and the wires come out of that vent directly behind it.

Until it comes back up, I found an excellent DIY from someone in the UK here: http://www.jack-frost.co.uk/honda_s2000_stereo.html

Also, although there is conflicting info out there, I can confirm that I was able to retrieve my radio serial number from my car's display. My car is a 2006 AP2.

So I just finished installing my HU. Put everything back in place but it didn't turn on. Any pointers? Also, there were 3 plugs going into the OEM Radio: Antenna, Blue, and White. Only the blue and antenna hook up to the aftermarket HU right? The white is just left hanging
