I have these speakers, but I did not install them myself.

 

Do you recall if they had to do any additional work?

Also, how do youl like the speakers? What Amp are you running?

 

i would guess at the least the mid bass needs a spacer to mount correctly.

 

Is that the main speaker?

 

Can I at least hear some positives from those that have the speakers?

Yes I believe a spacer was used
I love these speakers, especially with the two 10" hertz subs in the trunk.
I am running the system from an Audison VRx 4 channel amp, 1 channel to each door, and two bridged for the subs.
