Think I found my Buzzz.
Well I have been looking for this stupid engine noise bug for some time. Well I have been pulling all the panels off the car doing some major dynomating for the sub upgrade that is in the planning stages. Well was going over my installers work. Every thing is clean pulled down looks real good except for one thing. The power and the RCAs are F'n zip tied together.
I have never seen anything like this before. Everything that I have ever heard from my friends has been run the wires at least 18 inches apart from the rca and if they cross only at 90 degrees. So would this be bringing the noise into the speakers. I have isolated it back to the air/heat compressor. So what should I do. Re Run the wires myself, take it back to my installer. What are my options.

You'll get noise if they power wires arent run seperate. I say run the power on the battery side of the car (and the remote on - it can also go down the center console).
Also try to keep all wires as short as possible - RCAs and power.

Thanks I knew that it was run wrong. I will take it up with my installer today or tommorow. For what I pay this guy he should know how to do something this simple. It just never occured to double check. I spent so much time on filters and all the bigger stuff that I forgot the basic rules. I can;t fix it right now as he car is in the show but I might just rerun the wires myself.
