A viper 790 is pretty complex.. if it's something youve never done before I wouldn't mess with it.. maybe on a old civic or something.. but a S2000 isn't something I'd want to mess up...
as for the wiring diagram for the car.. I'm not sure if its posted elsewhere on the forum.. but in case it's not here ya go:

Notes:
NOTE: This vehicle has an immobilizer system that needs to be bypassed when adding remote start. Use DEI part number 555U. *1 Located in a blue plug behind the start button. *2 The keyless entry module is located in the drivers kick behind the start button. *3 There is also a male blade connector available at the fuse box for parking lights. *4 Located in a gray 14 pin connector. *5 The security control module is located under the drivers side seat.
sorry for the crudeness..

Also, if you havnt heard of Compustar brand alarm/remote starter systems check them out.. they are somewhat safer for manual transmissions because they will only remote start if you get out of your car while its running..
Basically.. in order to keep the car running after you pull your keys out you need to pull your ebrake up.. pull the keys out (car is still running), open your door, step out, once its shut the car shuts off and goes into 'reserve mode' and auto arms the alarm as well.. if you were to leave it in gear it would obviously stall and would not be in reserve mode and it wouldnt allow you to remote start it.. other things such as opening a door (if you forgot your wallet) will take it out of reserve mode as there is some chance you could bump it into gear..
I sell and install these specifically.. subaru guys love em because theres an option for a 'turbo timer mode' where when you shut your door upon entering reserve mode, instead of it shutting off it would run for an additional 2 minutes.. to let the turbo cool down at idle.. nice since most of the subaru owners around here buy a boost controller and up the boost some..
Hope this helps..
Edit.. PS sorry about almost telling people step by step how to 'steal a car' it wasnt meant to be like that.. Perhaps if people are better informed they could protect themselves better..

So Basicly in order to have the remote starter, I have to have the parts 555U rite? and Do I need to have a relay? if so what kind of relay?
my alarm has been installed, only the remote starter. CC won't do it.
do you know any places can install just the remote starter? I live in salt lake city area.

Chances are nobody will.. its a liability.. the 790 has no protection from starting it in gear like the Compustar does.. meaning if you sit on your remote and your car runs over a little girl.. YOU are in big trouble.. and they don't want it coming back to them..
Without some form of protection I highly highly highly suggest you DO NOT install a remote starter on this car.. or any manual tranny for that matter..
If you had a gun to your head and you HAD to put one in your car.. the best way around the factory immobilizer bypass is the DEI part # 555U module.. as for bypassing the clutch on remote start the best way to do it is a relay.. found at radio shack.. youll only need pins 85 86 30 and 87.. 87a isnt needed..
Of course.. if you are really poor.. and you had to do without those two you can create a antenna around the key and key cyl like mentioned by me earlier.. and as for the clutch switch.. you could either a) use the status output on the alarm (outputs a ground signal during RS) to the wire on the clutch switch that grounds when the clutch is all the way down, or just link the two clutch wires to permanantly bypass the switch..
Cliff notes.. it CAN be done... but I suggest picking up a remote starter that protects against starting in gear.. and I suggest picking up the 555U module and a relay.. only an idiot would do it with the 790 and perm. bypassing the clutch switch
its there for a reason.. your protection
