Anyone know where to get trunk carpet that matches , doesnt have to be exact but close. I have tried the local hardware stores and walmart's etc. Thnx

try your local car stereo store... they should have something that's fairly close.

i thought it was charcoal from Crutchfield?

 

So did I Phil....until I got it and it was black.....

Charcoal is black...silver is grey......here is a pic of the match....



The floor where the sub is sitting is Silver carpet from crutchfield. The rest of the carpet is stock. The difference looks a lot bigger due to the shade. Its almost 100% exact. The charcoal looks like the interior carpet of the black interior. Def. not matching the trunk.

 

you know better than i then...

well, my local dealer sold me 'charcoal', and it matched just about dead on... i thought the carpets were relatively generic from dealer to dealer...

if nothing else, checking locally gives you the ability to make an eyesight comparison, but those pics tell me Crutchfield + silver =

I have the silver carpet from crutchfield on my sub enclosure (same spot as in the pic). It's definitely not 100% or close, it's a lot lighter then the OEM carpet. I was not happy with the match, but it's better than the wood color.
