Upgrading sound system, is it worth it?

Your hardtop is merely going to cause more rattle when the bass hits.
It was a nice surprise on how much better my stereo sounded with the HT. One of these days I'll post my system. Ooops... sorry for being off topic.

Maybe I don't have enough bass for it to appear, but when I just purchased and installed a Mugen HT this weekend, my stereo is much, much better... and no rattles are coming from it.

When the top is down and the bass pumps, it's such a sweet sound

as for the origional topic, in my opinion, i can't drive without some tunes (and i usually listen to my music LOUD
)..so when i looked for an exhaust, i went Invidia FTW! now, no matter what, i can hear my car
..just look at how many STi owners opt for a stereo in their cars...If your driving your car strictly on the track, i'd say it all depends if music helps you concentrate, but if your gonna be driving "around town" i would say tunes are a must !

I've been in a number of cars with HTs, if it's installed correctly, there should be verry little rattle if any at all, especially for those who decide to leave their ST in place.
