installed the modifry dci 6 months ago, now the dashboard volume doesnt scroll up like it used to, it still goes up but i have to keep clicking it several times to turn the volume up or down. anyone else experience this?

 

I was just exchanging e-mails with Modifry about mine. After a little while of listening, when I hit the volume down button, it would turn the volume up instead. Just started recently after months of working great. Bob is working with me now on fixing or exchanging it. Gl with yours
