What type of line output converter did you use? PAC makes the best line output converters. I have seen alot of people mess up installs with stock decks this way. What type of line converter were you using and what was the gain settings? Good luck

PAC makes the best line output converters.
while they are sufficient, they are not the best. Phoenix Gold makes some very formidible line output converters... and other manufacturers make equivalents to the PAC's or better.

I keep bouncing back and forth between self powered and a regular sub/amp combo. NFRs2000NYC has been really helpful with some sub discussion and feels the powered sub options pretty much suck. I was going to move away from that idea but the price is so damn attractive....
