What do these two thing do? (circle in yellow)
I know that the third one (the one with the arrow) provides +12v when the car is on. But I do not know what the other two do? Does it provide a constant +12v? or same has the third one? or it doesn't work(no power)? or too dangerous to withdraw power from it and the car will explode? Just curious!

thanks

All three are for power and they all work. One is HOT constant, one is HOT with ignition, one is HOT with dash lights. I can't remember which is which.

Well, I know that the one with the arrow is the HOT with ignition, therefore, is going to be one of those days again........tries and errors.

The reason why I ask was that I want to hook up my gauges but they need to be hook up to a dash light also, therefore the gauge can light up at night. At the same time I didn't want to HOT wire any cables in the car, so I ask. Thanks xviper.

For those who are curious of why I ask that question, read below.

I am going to be using the HOT with ignition for the gauges power, the HOT dash light for the gauge light and for the HOT constant for neon light. And the best thing of all........ is that I don't need to Hot wire any cables from the car............ All I need is three female conectors.

It shouldn't be too bad to figure out when you're ready to hook everything up. Since you'll have the female spade connector ready to go, just touch each one of those with the one for your gauge lights.
Hot all the time will light up immediately.
Hot with dash light will light up when you flip the the first headlight switch.
Hot with ignition will light up when you turn the key.
You've just figured out what which one does.

In addition to gauges, what else would you (or could you) use those for?

These are all 12VDC power sources. You pick the appropriate one depending on how and when you want your accessory to come on. I wouldn't put anything on there like high powered amps or any other high draw appliance.
-radar detector.
-aftermarket CD changer
-car alarm
-I power my "Yellow Box" from there
-I tap power for a passenger side remote door release
-blender (j/k)

Yes, there are "power" taps all over the place but those ones should only be used for low draw accessories. The three spade connections on the fuse panel is the best and most easily accessed power sources. For "big" power, you should go directly to the underhood panel beside the battery.
If you find a post by "Modifry", go to his website and see all the things he has added to this car. In those mods, you'll see all the different places that you can tap in for power.
