Default What happened?

Ok so I didn't know where to put this but I figure most people look at the gallery anyway...

I installed my speakers yesterday. I thought everything was good. I have been driving around yesterday with top down, windows down, windows up, etc.

Same thing for this morning...then I went to roll up the windows. When the passenger side window got to the top there was a POP sound and then the window automatically rolled back down. When I went to roll it up again it wont roll up. I will take off the door panel after work, but does this mean I blew the motor or is that a fail-safe thing to keep me from rolling it up again when it is messed up??

Not motor, I did some research...soundds like the cable snapped. It is hard to find a window regulator for our cars. Dealer quoted me $344 for the part and with install $595. WTF

Hi clarkster009, go to factoryhondaparts.com they have all the parts that you can get from the local honda dealer ship for alot cheaper. If its the cable im not sure you can get cable individually, but if you ordered a new window regulator it comes with everything including a cable and it would only run you $206.97 through them indstead of what they quoted you. It could also be the Immobilizer Back. But they carry and can get every piece you need to do a full over haul and replace all the components in the door if you need to. Even if you decided not to do the repair yourself at least order the part from FHP.com and apply your saving toward the repair it will help you save some cash. Hope this helps.
