This happened this morning on my way to work so I haven't had a chance to look inside the door yet.


I rolled up my window when I got on the highway and heard a metal ping, curious what it was I tried to roll my window down only to have it drop like a rock into my door... it is no longer connected to the motor (motor still moves, I can hear it)

Anyone ever had this happen to them? At the moment this is my only vehicle so I need to fix this ASAP to stop rain and theft.

I found the replacement DIY thread but couldn't find anything for this specific problem. Any help would be much apprieciated.

How much more specific do you want? Did you take apart your door panel yet?
