aftermarket head unit w/ aftermarket coxials and hardtop.

or

aftermarket head unit w/ aftermarket components with amp, no hardtop. top up.

going 70mph

Dynamat the HT, and it will prob sound better than the Amp/convertible combo.

Pick up Diamond Audio Hex S600s component set off eBay for $220 and wire them into the HU, you'll have plenty of sound and a HT.

I would be careful with those. I heard a lot of people making and selling fake Diamond's considering Diamond says the only retailer is their site. You could be lucky and find someone with real ones though.
