i've got a Phoenix Gold XENON amp . its 14'L x 10.6w x 2.5H. After looking around the trunk there's not really a good place for it. besides the top of tool well. i had another idea . maybe behind the passenger seat aginst the wall , with it only being 2.5H. any other idea's?

 

Sounds like your trying to keep most of your trunk space, so with that I would say build a small panel to mount the amp to and mount the board to the left of the spare tire bump in the trunk... That might be your best spot as you amp is pretty big.

 

Here is what I ended up doing at the advise of other members on the board. I love the finished look and it doesnt move a bit.

john, i hope i got your name right, lol. how would i go about doing a board like that. length and thickness and mounting the board?
