Wich head unit

Arrow Wich head unit

Hi all this is my first s2k and im in need of some advice ?

With all my other cars ive always had tv,dvd, sat nav, with a retractible screen but the s2k wont take this and wondered what is the best option for a head unit to fit in there i dont mind what make just the best i can possibly get in there with hopefully the most toys like in the past.

You can have all that in a non-retractable by using the JDM Nav bezel and joining the "dash cutting club." That path was too rich for me though.

Nah dont fancy doing that to a s2k just want to keep it looking original with a nice stereo hidden

Best is subjective no matter what you're talking about. What are you looking for? Without some idea of what you want/need it's impossible to make a meaningful recommendation. You've only listed what you can't have...

Not sure about the fitment or if the European maps are available, but seems like it might satisfy your vague requirements if it fits

If you want to keep the car as original as possible, either leave the current HU or go for a Nakamichi unit, don't expect any gizmos, just amazing SQ and stock looking design. CD500 plays MP3s/WMA. Although I must warn you NAKs aren't uber reliable.
