Hello everyone,

Well I've had my 02 Suzuka Metallic Blue Sk for two glorious weeks and I'm ready put a system in it. I've figured out what to put in (JL Audio 6.5 separates, JL Audio stealth box and a JL Audio Amp) but I'm at a cross road with the head unit. I don't want to lose the audio control on the left side of my dash. Does anyone know where or who makes a wireharnes that will allow me to keep those controls functional? I heard about a DCU (Dash Control Unit) for Sony decks but it looked like it would only be for the lower end units. I also saw the PAC Install harness but could not really understand if it will keep the full function of the audio controls or just the volume control. Any suggestions or web sites would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Anthony

The PAC SWIX will allow you to maintain your dash controls with most wireless IF radios. I completed another manual for wiring the semi build version making it a cakewalk. Check my site in a couple days its down for revisions.

Would you happen to know the actual model number that would work.

I just got an S2000, and I'm looking to replace the internal audio too. JL so far looks like the way to go, but I'm curious about cost. Can you get all of that done for under $1000? I'll probably amp the 6.5's and sub, and keep the head unit for now.

Thanks for the help.
