Not likely. They don't give detailed dimensions and the faceplate appears to be vertically off-center relative to the chassis.

Chassis is single DIN, but the screen is too large to fit in the stock location.

Unless it sticks out enough and you no longer use the radio cover/door.

Still wouldn't work, the display face sits above the DIN opening, that's where the vents are. Display is mounted to the chassis directly. Instructions don't show any flexibility with the mounting of the display.

And to my original response, those "overall outside dimensions" aren't detailed enough since they describe nothing about the faceplate relative to the chassis. It doesn't even make any sense. How can it have a depth of just 1/2 inch?

Can only guess the 1/2” is referring to the display screen. The instructions and specs on the site are crap.

I recently purchased my AP1 and began installing the CP-71WA with the DCI Kit from Modifry. The PO had an old Kenwood with another DCI version installed. Looks like he spliced a couple of wires from the OEM harness. Do I simply reconnect the 2 wires back to the OEM harness? I'm not sure what the 2 blue wires are for and where they go. Do I need the blue wires?

FYI it looks like there is a new Jan 2026 Firmware update available for the CP-71WA.

This latest firmware update fixes Apple CarPlay connection issues caused by the new iOS 26 version.

Note: This is for iPhones 16 and older. We are still working on a fix for iPhone 17.

I've not had any problems with iOS 26 but my car has been in winter hibernation mode for the last couple of months.
