WIRING HELP...

The rca's aren't important right now. Focus on getting the amp light to turn on.

But you do have them backwards, but it doesn't matter if you are bridging...

ok i have a test light...where the i have a black side and a red...what do i need to test...??

so the rca's should be black(fosgate) to white and white(fosgate) to red??

Don't worry about the rcas yet, they should be fine.

hook the ground up to the black side of the test light.

Yeah like Jason said, lets just get the amp to power up first. Then we can mess with the RCA's if need be.


Ok so you have the power running from the battery to an inline fuse and then on to the amp. You have a ground from the ground lug on the amp to the ground location. And you have a remote turn-on lead running from the HU to the amp?

Does the HU power up? What HU do you have BTW?

yes the HU powers up and I have a pioneer HU....but no power to the amp...

Do you have a small lightbulb with a pigtall? Like from an old set of fog lights or something?

ok ...update...i went and bought a test light today and i tried ground the the test light to where i have my wire grounded to my amp...and nothing...nothing lit up....so i tried to test my light to see if i it works by grounding it to the battery ground to the positive side on the battery and guess what...knowing my luck...doesnt work...seems like the light is blown...can this be it?...
