Default WLaurent or Toolwell?

Using sound quality as a basis, what would the EJ's recommend, a side mount enclosure or a toolwell enclosure for a subwoofer? The spare tire thing is not an issue for me, I just want the best sound possible. I realize that this is a very general question, and I could not find any comparisons of the two with a search. Soooo, for a good, clean sound, what is your thoughts?

The toolwell opens up a lot of sub choice options. How loud do you want to go?

Loud and clear! In your opinion, what is the best way to go?

I love my WLaurent box. I have a Premiere 10" and it sounds awesome.
