Had my components and amplifier installed today and it sounds awesome! Thanks to all who recommended I go with the Amp! As far as the components go I went with the MB Quart PSD 216 6.5" Component system with crossovers and the Sony X Series 150 Watt Per Channel Amp. The difference is unbelievable! The muddy hollow sound is gone and the sound is now both detailed and seamless. The MB Quarts are a little bright but once you adjust the treble an base to your own tastes they are amazing! Good base for a 6.5" woofer and the highs simpy sore! I highly recommend these to those of you who are shopping! hey quick question. how much did you spend on your system? i was checking ebay prices and your speakers alone were running around 260 and the amp was around 160. how much did you pay and how much was the install?
