He took a look at the calibration and made some changes that hopefully will get the readiness monitors to complete, still have to go drive the car with the changes, but I'll keep everyone posted.

Quick update, had partial success. The oxygen sensor monitor code got set, now only have the Evap and Catalyst monitoring to go (just need one to set as we can pass in Texas with one not ready). Will try again tomorrow after letting the car sit overnight.

You should now be able to set the other monitors, follow the procedures I posted, and yes, the fuel level does need to be between 1/4 and 3/4 tank for it to set. Best of luck!

I'm pretty sure this has been mentioned, but the min/max closed loop fuel trim ranges need to be larger than the ECU would actually need. I believe the issue that Kenny was running into is due to him having the min/max set to 0.

Not as of yet, managed to drive the car about 45 miles, followed the "procedure" to the T (started the car cold after sitting over 24 hours, car had a little over half a tank of gas, drove stop and start traffic to warm up, then drove 30+ minutes with steady throttle, wrapped up with some more regular stop and start driving). The two remaining monitors (Evap and Catalyst) have still not set. Will try and repeat the process a couple more times this week and will report back on results.

After three tries, finally got the Evap monitor to clear and was able to get the car inspected! Gernby is a genius as always, next local meet I owe you an adult beverage or 3!
